For all purposes here within, this Privacy Policy (English Version) shall be the original governing instrument and understanding of the parties. In the event of any conflict between this English version of this Privacy Policy and any subsequent translation into any other language, this English language version shall govern and control.
Shattered Vault is a free fan-made service for Destiny 2, a video game created by Bungie Inc. This privacy policy explains how your data is used by this website.
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Our website may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site or application. Note that these external sites are not operated by Shattered Vault. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
In addition, some third-party applications, such as Braytech and Light.gg, are used throughout the site for user convenience via inline functionality. When using their applications, you (the user) are responsible to review their Privacy Policy and adhere to their respective policies. All applicable rights go to Braytech (Tom Chapman) and Light.gg (Pack Enterprises) when using their respective applications. For reference, the Privacy Policy for each application has been provided here.
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
If you are a Canadian resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted.
