Hourly Patrol Event

Distortions

Distortions temporarily empower one of seven Patrol destinations. The active destination changes every hour, turning its enemies more dangerous while increasing destination reward tiers and opening additional Distortion encounters.

What are Distortions? A rotating enhancement to Patrol.

One destination is distorted at a time. Its sky and Director node take on a red visual effect, enemies become tougher and more aggressive, and familiar Patrol spaces gain extra reasons to explore.

How do they work? Follow the red marker, then play the public loop.

Standard Public Events normally award Tier 3 destination gear and Heroic completions award Tier 4. While a Distortion is active, those rewards increase by one tier, with Strange Signals and additional encounters appearing along the way.
