“Following the resurrection of the Black Armory forges, Guardians embarked on new quests set out by the Drifter. The Drifter opened his new mode of Gambit, Gambit Prime. In addition, he granted Guardians access to the Haul so they could take part in the Reckoning, a plane of the Nine that challenged Guardians against Dark forces. The Nine, through Xur, offered invitations to Guardians which provided a history of the Nine and their purpose, warning of a great threat ahead. Thorn was released back into the wild once again. The Drifter and the Vanguard called upon the allegiance of Guardians, whether or not they sided with the Drifter and his cause or the military duties of the Vanguard. This in turn had and still has consequences regarding the actions that Guardians chose.  

Toward the end of the season, Eva returned to bring some joy and fun to the Tower with her special Springtime event, The Revelry, which required access to the Verdant Forest.”
